This growth oriented position will have the primary responsibility of providing the full range of fund administration services to private equity and private credit team. This individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds and for reviewing transaction and valuation information.  A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

• Primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other request
• Review of Net Asset Value calculation and associated reporting.
• Coordinate investor capital activities, annual financial audit and other statutory reporting.
• Maintain a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current accounting principles and developing solutions for issues
• Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Involved in new funds on-boarding process
• Resolve issues/queries raised clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in operational efficiency
• Responsible of work allocation and team utilisation. Assist on coordination of resources and make sure that appropriate cross training and coverage is in place to meet client and organizational expectations for deliverables.
• Participate in company and client initiatives outside of normal deliverables and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above

The purpose of the job is to review and conduct AML/KYC/PEP and Sanction Checks investigating sanction alerts and adverse media regarding clients. Reporting to Associate Director, Compliance, you will:

• Conduct High Risk payment, Relationship Management Agreement (RMA) and transaction monitoring reviews, and investigate potential issues arising
• Perform day-to-day compliance activity to support the business i.e. compliance approvals, escalations, alerts
• Assist with the Compliance Monitoring Process, carrying out testing and quality control checks as required.
• Work with the global Compliance Team to develop, implement, and monitor the applicable Compliance Monitoring Plans (CMP) to ensure appropriate controls are developed, monitored and updated to reflect changing regulatory and industry requirements.
• Enhance management reporting and assist in the periodic reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), the Compliance Committee, Board of Directors, Senior Management and the parent company.
• Assist in annual policy and procedure reviews highlighting any potential areas of improvement.

• Manage deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to Client Operations and Transfer Agency such as NAV reporting, investor registration, dealing, investor reporting and cash.
• During Japanese business hours serve as a main contact for daily client inquiries from the client servicing desk at our parent company. Manage these queries to a satisfactory closure, or appropriately handed off to the source team, in line with Japanese client service expectations.
• Handle any sensitive or escalated queries/concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard in line with Japanese clients’ expectations.
• Support Client Operations and Investor Operations teams with their deliverables as per the need.
• Support teams and departments across locations, and direct reports with training and guidance on Japanese client servicing as per the need.

• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients for the private limited companies and to handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial tasks such as company incorporations, striking off companies, preparing directors' and shareholders' resolutions and ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
• You will collaborate closely with clients, their advisers, the colleagues in the local office, and counterparts to continuously meet clients' expectations and maintain strong client relationships, optimizing the work process.
• You will prepare necessary documents for company incorporations in Singapore, handle AGMs, EGMs, board resolutions/meetings, corporate actions and striking off.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining statutory registers, and submitting statutory returns will be part of your responsibilities. You will also file annual returns and financial statements in the new XBRL format.
• You will lodge changes that need to be updated with ACRA upon director’s approval, attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audits.
• You will perform certain administrative tasks related to clients or internal procedures and handle ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
• Other ad hoc projects may be assigned as needed.

MUFG Investor Services is searching for a skilled Application Support Analyst with experience in banking/finance solutions for financial and fund administration. Your role involves handling internal operations and support, collaborating with external vendors, and contributing to a team managing various applications. You'll play a vital role in connecting business teams with IT Solutions.

You Will:

• Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors and/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during migrations, and other events.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the applications you manage, including system architecture, data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces to other applications.
• Document IT & Business user procedures and requirements around 'IT Change Management'. Support user training.
• Assist data integration between different financial systems and ensuring accurate data exchange to support business processes.
• Support Project Managers in plans related to 'Public Markets & Business Core Operations Solutions'.
• Participate in new platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
• Interact with vendors of financial systems about technical issues and the coordination of enhancements.
• Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide support for information requests.
• Support the business in 'Business Continuity' and 'Disaster Recovery' initiatives.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in Financial Services.

• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, performing cash and security position reconciliations.
• Prepare pricing of portfolios ensuring all holdings are priced observing the applicable fund documents and valuation policies.
• Prepare capital call, distribution calculation and allocation.
• Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.
• Prepare Investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly.
• Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.
• Complete other ad hoc requests and projects.
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met.
• Prepare/Assist with audited Financial Statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services, as applicable.
