What You Will Do
Associates are critical leaders within our consulting team, working side-by-side with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

No two OW Digital projects are the same. You’ll be working with varied and diverse teams to deliver unique and unprecedented products across industries. The Lead Data Engineer will serve as a keystone on our larger projects, enabling us to deliver solutions hand-in-hand with consultants, data science specialists, and software engineers. What you will do:

The OWG Tech department is looking to hire ETL Architect to support multiple initiatives within our firm. This role will work closely with other architects, developers, and operational staff with a goal of providing awareness and transparency to the architecture efforts.

This role will be focused on delivering high-quality solutions while driving design decisions across ETL architecture topics (ingestion, consumption, storage, virtualization, data models, performance & security). We expect an experienced hands-on ETL architect to provide technically strong solutions that are aligned with Enterprise Architecture principles. This role will collaborate with other colleagues from across the entire MMC organization. Must perform the role and responsibilities with a high level of integrity, ethics, and commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & maintain ETL architecture, data retention policies, monitoring performance, and advising any necessary changes.
• Define & implement data solutions on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP
• Conduct research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value, provide more capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security.
