• Oversee all on-site technical and engineering aspects, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead project planning and monitor progress and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address project requirements, providing technical expertise and documenting resolutions as needed.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claims and reports.
• Ensure that supervisors and foremen meet both client and regulatory standards.
• Uphold environmental, safety, and health practices throughout project execution.
• Identify and propose cost-saving measures and innovative engineering solutions.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in technical and engineering roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
