ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Executive – Customer Workflows that is a customer facing domain expert, that drives innovative business solutions with our customers

Role

Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:

• Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan
• Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap to drive the ServiceNow Customer Workflows platform
• Arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings; close collaboration with your Solution Consulting counterpart and extended team to deliver ‘art of the possible’ demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow’s Customer Workflows solution
• Sales process management and opportunity closure
• Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
• Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customer experience

ServiceNow is looking for an Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing to develop, build and lead a team of regional, multi-disciplined marketing experts across key personas, industries and routes to market. From Brand to Demand to Loyalty, this role is responsible to lead integrated campaigns for the region, ensuring that the resources & investments align to company goals and APAC growth objectives for thought leadership, demand generation and pipeline acceleration. This leader will partner closely with regional sales leadership, area marketing heads and global marketing teams to translate regional business requirements into marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver significant pipeline and revenue impact across solutions and geographies.

This marketing leader will play a key role in telling the ServiceNow story as the company continues its APAC growth journey. They will serve as a key partner in this growth by continuing to build awareness for ServiceNow through effective GTM and program strategies, demand generation, and pipeline development across all routes to market. Together with their team, they will develop data-driven and scalable marketing programs for key personas, industries and partner teams to meet revenue targets and financial objectives.

The Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing needs to develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s domain and growing customer base to add value across field marketing campaigns that are both globally consistent and locally relevant to the target market. They will drive a collaborative partnership with regional sales and global marketing stakeholders by effectively deploying investment and leveraging data to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will also be expected to share best practices, as it relates to integrated campaigns and demand generation, pipeline progression across the Asia Pacific region and globally. This individual will also be expected to partner with other key functions and drive broader business initiatives.

Ideally role will be based in Singapore or Sydney.

• Discover and qualify customers’ business challenges
• Deliver best-in-class product demonstrations to customers and products, in-person and virtual, to address customers’ requirements and business issues
• Handle product feature, functional and technical questions from customers, Alliance Partners and ServiceNow teams
• Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as HR Directors, Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), Corporate Service Directors and work with them to shape their digital transformation journey
• Articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow Employee Service Delivery, and share how ServiceNow customers are leveraging ServiceNow to deliver an enhanced employee experience to their workforce
• Collaborate with implementation team and/or Alliance Partners to deliver success for customers
• Stay current on competitive analysis, understand and articulate differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors.
• Work with Product Management team to shape the future of the ServiceNow products with new features that will address customer needs
• Help develop, contribute and execute on sales campaigns focused on Employee Service Delivery
• Build your profile as a trusted-advisor by supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars etc...
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc
• Opportunity to mentor/coach field Solution Consultants by enabling them in capabilities of the Employee Service Delivery and best practices

This role manages Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave benefit programs within the APJ regions, working with external brokers and cross-functional teams (Compensation, FP&A, Legal) to ensure compliance and market competitiveness. Responsibilities include managing benefit enhancements, supporting new market setups and local integrations, optimizing benefit processes, and overseeing vendor relationships and service levels. The role also assists with pensions governance, handles escalated benefits issues, and supports M&A activities. Additionally, it manages long-term leave cases, implements leave policies, and ensures alignment with company guidelines and local regulations, while contributing to the global benefits budget planning process.

• Management of Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave Benefit programs in APJ countries
• Collaborate with external brokers and cross-functional teams (Compensation, FP&A, Legal) to ensure compliance and seamless execution of benefit-related tasks
• Ensure market competitiveness by analysing market data, benchmarking surveys, and peer companies' benefit offerings
• Manage benefit enhancements, implement new benefits and new market setups, and support the integration of global benefit programs locally
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization in collaboration with the GP care team
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high service levels and monitoring performance.
• Support pension governance processes where needed
• Own escalated benefits issues, partnering with vendors and the Global People team to resolve problems effectively
• During the global benefits budget cycle, ensure recommendations for new programs are financially sustainable
• Provide administrative support for M&A activities, including due diligence and onboarding presentations
• Manage long-term leave cases (e.g., medical or disability), ensuring compliance with leave policies, and coordinate return-to-work planning with external vendors
• Implement and maintain leave policies in line with company guidelines and local laws and communicate updates to employees
