Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales coordination and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Sales Coordinator / Order Fulfillment Executive for a 1-year contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Administration: Prepare and manage sales materials, including price lists, quotations, product specifications, datasheets, Technical Service Enquiries, sales master data, and other required documentation.
- Order Management: Maintain and coordinate the internal online ordering platform, ensuring accurate sales data records and prompt assistance with customer inquiries.
- Customer Relationship Management: Own customer relationships for designated customers/territories, including price setting within defined limits and preparing commercial quotations in response to new customer inquiries.
- Compliance and Problem Solving: Ensure compliance with procedures, decide when to escalate issues, and collaborate with others to resolve diverse problems related to customer relationships.
- System Knowledge and Efficiency: Maintain broad knowledge of systems and processes (e.g., ERP, CRM) and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in administrative systems.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Experience: Experience working in MNC organizations and managing multiple stakeholders. Proven experience as an administrator of an online ordering platform/system, able to navigate backend settings and troubleshoot order variances. Open to fresh graduates with relevant experience. Candidates from customer service backgrounds with experience working directly with sales and customers are also considered.
- Skills: Technologically savvy, independent, resourceful, and proven ability in problem-solving.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a busy office environment, key to the effective operation of many inter-regional, departmental, customer, and company relationships.
