This role provides support to the Operations Manager in driving quality product content and create listings for products sold online on both own platform and marketplace. As a product lister, your duties involve writing content to describe listings, optimizing copy for online search, and creating a streamlined layout. You are also required to support team on operational tasks.

Primary Role

A product lister lists products for sale. In this eCommerce position, you must follow relevant trends, keep inventory, and use proper SEO to make the product listings findable by those searching the internet. You will also improve older listings to maximise sales and ratings. Other necessary skills for becoming a product lister include being able to conduct research and analysis, having solid product knowledge, and understanding the basics of marketing. Proofreading, copy-editing, and computer skills are also beneficial.
