RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. JOB PURPOSE

This role supports Financial operations activities within the Compensation & Benefits Regional Team (C&B) for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office. The incumbent will work closely with FBAP Finance, FFAP Finance (as needed) teams, FBAP HR, Opcos HR and/or Finance teams, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables of all C&B and financial related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is responsible for the following but not limited to:-

• Preparing and submitting all financial related activities, for FBAP on budgeting, costing, accruals, forecast (outlook), re-charging and reconciliation activities relating to manpower cost.
• Liaising and is the point of contact with Finance teams on manpower budget, costing, accruals, forecast (outlook) and re-charging activities.
• Working closely with Finance teams to deliver and ensure timelines relating to budget, costing, forecast, accruals and recharging processes, deliverables and timelines are met.
