Work Days:

· Monday-Friday: shifts between 10am-10pm

· Saturday-Sunday: 8am-6pm

· Able to work shift hours and on weekends (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)

· 44 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

· Service oriented

· Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes

· Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs

· Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers

· Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner

· Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders

· Handle all walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries in a warm, earnest and professional manner

· Meticulous and detail oriented to ensure administrative duties like registration and enrolment data are accurately captured

· Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

· Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

· Uphold a strong communication platform between teachers and parents

· Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma holder

· Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

· Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office

· Good team player with ability to work with minimal supervision

· Prior experience in education industry would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.

• Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
• Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.
• Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot).
• Have a valid passport and willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.

Description:

• Welcome guests courteously, promptly, and guide them to their prepared tables
• Knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and service procedures
• Address general inquiries and assist with email and phone reservations.
• Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins to optimise seating arrangements
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations
• Address any concerns or complaints from guest and resolve them promptly
• Solicit dining feedback from guests and communicate it to the restaurant manager
• Accommodate special requests and dietary preferences with attention to detail
• Perform or assist with other restaurant service duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus
