This role includes monthly updates of the General Ledger, Fixed Assets Listing, and Inter-company schedules. Additionally, the Accounts Executive may be involved in ad-hoc finance projects and systems testing as needed.

Job Description:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Monitor supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Verify and process employee claims for disbursement
• Prepare month-end closing documents, including General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues
• Assist in quarterly GST submissions and annual tax filings
• Support the preparation and coordination of audits
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Administer and maintain the Fixed Assets Register
• Maintain filing, scanning, and document tracking
• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Singapore FRS
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English
