A Specialist Medical Centre is looking for multiple temp admin assistants to support in data entry, responding to emails, phone calls, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Tech-savvy, has good email etiquette.
• Can commit for 3 to 6 months.
• Office Hours, Weekdays.
• Hourly rates.
• Students on holidays are welcome to apply.
• Can start immediately is a bonus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory arrangement and attend to worker enquiry.
• General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and filling etc.
• Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation and copier machine arrangement.
• Assist in training course registration for construction workers.
• Government license application and renewal.
• Assist in monthly attendance process.
• Responsible to key in accounting journal.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree
• Experience 3 -5 Year
• Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fast paced working environment (Construction Industry)
