Job Description

• Position Title: Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Penjuru Lane
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall accounts and administrative aspects for two entities.
• Handle full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly bank and AP & AR reconciliations.
• Generate finance reports for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting closing and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow position.
• Prepare GST returns and submissions.
• Handle audit and tax filing, liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare payroll, including CPF and Income Tax.
• Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
