Contract duration: 12 months

Working hours: Mon - Thu (830am - 6pm) Fri (830am - 530pm)
Salary: up to $2700 + Completion Bonus
Responsibilities
- Attend to public enquiries via phone or email on migrant worker housing related issues or applications
- Attend to routine dormitory licence related requests or applications via email/phone or internal system
- Assist in migrant worker housing related applications
- Communicate with dormitory operators via email and phone to obtain specific set(s) of information - a template would usually be provided, but candidate needs to be discerning enough to adapt the template replies according to specific circumstances
- Independently see through ad-hoc projects which may include data compilation (using excel) to consolidate findings or to update database – candidate needs to be familiar with basic excel functions such as sorting and filtering of data sets
Requirements
- Min. diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Outlook
- Good writing and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to independently propose appropriate course of action in processing cases with unique circumstances
