The Executive/Senior Executive in Centre Management is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of CDAC Centres by managing administrative functions, scheduling, facilities, and beneficiary services. JOB DUTIES

• Ensure smooth operations of CDAC Centres by managing all aspects, including supervising of administrative support staff, work scheduling, facilities management, delivering beneficiary services, and handling documentation.
• Lead initiatives to improve and foster a welcoming and safe environment for centre users.
• Drive projects to enhance work processes through innovative techniques and effective problem-solving methods.
• Collaborate in cross-department programme teams to co-conceptualise, design and implement programmes at the centres for beneficiaries.
• Act as the main point of contact for local community stakeholders such as schools, social service agencies, grassroots organisations, private sector partners and volunteers.
