Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong and trusted relationships. Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to implement integrated communication solutions to that align with the client’s business needs.
• Deliver integrated projects that cover medical publications like manuscripts and abstracts, medical content delivery, advocacy boards, events and webinars, HCP digital solutions, and CME-accredited learning modules.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, digital, events, and publications teams to deliver best-in-class execution of projects.
• Manage project progress through a project management system and provide ongoing quality assurance support for these assigned projects.
• Coordinate the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations
• Track budgets and delivery of projects to ensure accurate financial management.
• Prepare and deliver post-campaign reports with recommendations.

Key Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in any of the following roles
• A Sr. Account Executive/Account Manager in a health communications agency.
• A Sr. Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager in an ethical pharmaceutical company with experience in marketing campaigns for ethical health brands.
• University Graduate/Management Graduate.
• Excellent project coordination, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and efficient with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communicator.
• Experience in working in multicultural teams.
• Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage

• 6 months renewable contract role
• 5 days work week - Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Support all industry engagement events conferences, launches etc.

· Provide support to all business units in all communication collaterals such as technology brochures, websites, presentation slides, posters

· Manage external vendors for events support, collateral, video productions and corporate gifts

· Plan, manage and develop content across various mediums such as eNewsletters, videos, social media posts, to support business needs

Requirements:

· Diploma or University degree in communications or a relevant field.

· Highly motivated self-starter with positive attitude

· Strong project management skills, including managing multiple events simultaneously, budgeting, multitasking, time management and meticulous attention to detail

· Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

· Good team player, able to deal with changes in plans and work with wide-ranging stakeholders

· Ability to multitask, meticulous, and possesses good time management

· Strong written and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist workforce planning and L&D manager on the overall learning and development plans.
• Provide support in overseeing the training and development budget.
• Support the manager in carrying out the learning development projects/ activities.
• Facilitate learning and development interventions for the employees.
• Provide training and support in a learning and development framework.
• Generate overall business information by utilizing data analytic tools.
• Assist the team in managing relations with employees.
• Utilize policies and initiatives to attain workforce development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of workforce planning and L&D experience.
• Knowledge of any artificial intelligence programs would be an added advantage.

• Prior knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting System will be an added advantage.
