-Handle disciplinary issues, conduct Annual review and confirmation of staff

-Conduct routine inspection and evaluation of all kitchen operations; including food presentation, quality, kitchen cleanliness and safety

-Ensure all location conform to product specification, policies and procedures for all supplies, ingredients purchased and all products sold

-Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

-e- Procurement for ordering supplies and update GRN

-Conduct orientation, training & coach new trainees

-Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties

-Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

̶Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive culinary/kitchen management and supervisory experience

̶Highly skilled in cooking techniques and progressive in their approach to fine cuisine

̶Hands on chef experience in high volume, complex service operations is a must

̶Comprehensive knowledge of Asian cuisine and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

̶Thorough understanding of food equipment and safety standards

̶Passion for training and development

̶Basic PC-literacy

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to :

Financial Tasks:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Liasing with customers and suppliers on invoicing and payment discrepancies
• Prepare and send SOA to customers and request for payment
• Creation and updating of customers and suppliers in SAP
• Prepare and process documents matching, payment, expenses reports (claims), and other financial documents.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support the Accountant in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and financial reports.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and providing support during audits

Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including documents sorting, office admin job and filings.
• Maintain and update office records, including important documents such as ISO records.
• Assist in liasing with external vendors with regards to building maintenance, etc

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, CAT, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills to prioritize task

Responsibilities:

• Provides enterprise level end user computing services include video conference and MS Teams services
• Manages and handle EUC Automation tools
• Works with team and outsourced service providers to enhance end user service delivery
• Ensures services delivery of 3rd party vendors in line with SLA
• Provides L1/L2 support for systems user administration
• Conducts and manages privilege access management
• Conducts and manages internet proxy and to work with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issue

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, desktop productivity software, audio video conference system
• knowledge or experience with ITIL
• Good teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication with business users and vendors
• Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment
• Always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
