THE ROLE: Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Events Management

Kaplan Singapore is seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Manager, Events Management, to lead the planning and execution of key institutional events such as Open Houses, Graduation Ceremonies, and Launch Events. In this role, you will ensure seamless event delivery through meticulous planning, effective multi-stakeholder coordination, and on-site leadership. • Event Planning and Management

Job Description

The Marketing executive will liaise with business partners and underwriters, generate management reports, presentation and conduct process improvement in the Motor and A&H Business Development and Underwriting Department and the principal accountabilities are as below:

1. Build long term sustainable relationships with business partners
2. Liaising, advising and servicing (Including rapport building) intermediaries/insureds on A&H and motor insurance matters;

Job Specific Competencies

1. At least 2 years of underwriting experience in motor insurance;

• Process Staff Claims and reimbursement.

• Perform month end Vendor SOA reconcilation.

• Participte in the drafting, review and execution of SOP's.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete financial records of Account Payables functions:

• Accurately process invoices and match them to the appropriate general ledger account.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately along with the necessary supporting documentation.
• Check that the invoice is approved before it's processed for payment.
• Reconciliation invidual vendor monthly SOA and follows up with discrepancies or errors.
• Reviews the Accounts Payable Agings Reports and verify the aged items.
• Assist for providing detailed documentation of AP transactions to auditors.
