About the Position

- Oversee the SBC social media calendar and manage all social media channels and accounts under SBC’s marketing purview

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with order management or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee design drawings using advanced design tools such as BIM, Rhino, Grasshopper, and CAD technologies.
• Ensure the compatibility of all models and facilitate seamless access to BIM data for all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design deliverables align with project requirements and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance on design processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in design tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with design file formats and platforms such as DGN, DWF, IFC, and MicroStation is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant educational background in architecture, design, or a related field.
