• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, corporate functions, and social gatherings
• Liaise with vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, suppliers) to ensure timely delivery of services
• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, equipment setup, and on-site coordination
• Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning process
• Assist with managing event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within allocated limits
• Support marketing efforts for events by creating promotional materials and helping with social media campaigns
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise
• Collect feedback from attendees and clients to evaluate event success and suggest improvements for future events
