As part of the operations team that reports to the operations manager, the Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the operations of our shared bicycle, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and driving the company’s growth. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operations efficiency and increase ridership
• Work closely with contractors to ensure compliance with contract agreement standards
• Prepare monthly performance indicators reports

Qualifications

• Handle conflict resolution and manage claims or disputes efficiently when disagreements arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in similar industries
• Prior experience in the oil and gas sector is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasion and idea articulation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
