Responsibility:

• Maintain full set of accounts including timely monthly closing with supporting schedules and reconciliations.
• Posting journal entries that comply with internal control and audit requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and yearly Fnancial statements and disclosure notes.
• Process customer deposits and withdrawals
• Perform bank/broker reconciliations and daily settlement payments Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organization's financial transactions.
• Prepare corporate tax computation for provisional purposes.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Reporting system errors, discrepancies and liaising with IT teams to resolve the issues.
• Prepare regulatory reporting with the authorities such as MAS, ACRA, IRAS, etc.
• Assist in management reporting including financial analysis and propose recommendations to management.
• Other tasks assigned by project basis.

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any Finance-related discipline.
• Professional qualification like ACCA or CPA is will plus point.
• Min 2 years working experience in Finance function in securities industry.
• Profcient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to cope in a fast environment and work independently under minimal supervision.
• Good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills.

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the masterlist.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the MD / GM / MR.

Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent

- HQ office located at Taiseng, near with Taiseng MRT

- Desk bound job.

- Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Preparing airfreight/seafreight shipping documents for both import and export.

- Attending to customers enquiry and feedback via physical contact, email, phone calls and maintaining an excellent rapport with customers.

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

- Keeping the customers notified of all relevant customs circulars, notices and updates as received.

- Reviewing internal team performance, operational work processes established and implementing necessary control measures for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 5.5 working day, alternate Saturday

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
