Responsibilities:

1. Handling Letters of Credit:

· Review and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms.

· Verify and validate accuracy of documents required for Letters of Credit transactions.

· Facilitate any necessary amendments to Letters of Credit in collaboration with banks and relevant stakeholders.

2. Preparation of Export Documents:

· Prepare and submit accurate export documents in adherence to Letters of Credit and contract terms.

· Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timelines.

3. Freight Loan Management:

· Administer and manage freight loans, including the processing of relevant documentation and communication with financial institutions.

4. Trust Receipts:

· Handle trust receipt transactions, ensuring compliance at all times.

5. Export and Import Letters of Credit Verification:

· Verify export and import Letters of Credit to confirm accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.

6. Negotiation of Shipping Documents:

· Liaise with banks for the negotiation of shipping documents.

7. Maintenance of MIS:

· Maintain accurate records of Letters of Credit- related transactions.

8. Coordination with Buyers and Suppliers:

· Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of Letters of Credit and resolve any related issues.

9. Additional Duties:

· Undertake any other trade finance- related tasks and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the commodities trading industry.
• In- depth knowledge of international trade regulations, UCP600, and incoterms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail- oriented with a high degree of accuracy in document processing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

Assistant to Senior Pharmacist of CF operations.

• Understand the process and operations.

• Assist pharmacist to Lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations.

• Assist pharmacist to develop SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignment to STL’s policies.

• Plan work schedule and overtime accordingly base on workload.

• Assist pharmacist to provide reports whenever required in relation to the above.

• Assist pharmacist on document control of related documents is maintained timely and effectively.

• Customer engagement on work requirement and deviation reports.

• Ensure compliance of processes to SOP/WI and other GxP requirements.

• Carrying out deviations and CAPA report recommendations.

• Fronting of audit from customer and regulatory body.

• Ensure operations excellence throughout and aims towards zero error in the prescriptions filling due to negligence.

• Ensure Continuous Improvement is part of the operations

• Take on other appropriate assignments from time to time under the direction of the company.

Requirement

• At least a Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience is preferred
• However, candidate with no prior experience may apply.
• Candidate preferably has been working in a pharmacy in acute hospital setting
• Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Power BI is preferred

As an Accounts Executive, you would be part of a team that assist and provides the company's client(s) with accounting services such as:

• Full set of accounts including P&L, BS and GL
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• GST returns and CPF submissions
• Payroll transactions
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors etc
• Prepare supporting documents as and when required by client(s)
• Other ad hoc duties

Skills Sets and Requirements

• Diploma / Degree / Professional Certifications in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1-2 years of accounting experiences
• Experience in full sets of accounts highly preferred
• Experience in a corp sec or accounting firm environment a plus
• Positive working attitude with good communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience can be considered for Senior Executive roles.
