• Process accounts payable invoices in a timely manner
• Verify, check and input invoices and expenses reports to ensure payments are properly approved and processed according to companies policies and operating guidelines
• Generate payment batch listings and process through online banking payment system
• Assist with bank account administration and ensure accurate account coding for all disbursement vouchers
• Document all files, records, supporting document in accordance with policies and procedures

• Assist Head of Marketing in formulating digital and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support business growth.
• Brainstorm with the Marketing Team to develop engaging health-related social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) content, landing pages, SEO-centric articles, POS materials, etc.
• Copywriting for social media content.
• Manage content calendars and project-manage marketing materials.
• Liaise with our doctor-partners, as well as business partners, vendors & the media on collaborations & campaigns.
• Keep track of all marketing campaigns, events, media features, etc; and post-campaign tracking.
• Serves as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Experience with project management or account management would be advantageous
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Description:

In-charge of deliveries to customers

Ensure that deliveries are carried out responsibly and on time

Ensure goods deliver tally with the invoice and delivery order.

Assist in the operations of all warehousing including stock control and stock inventories movement and yearly stock take accountability.

Clean up the warehouse and adhere to safety rules and procedures.

Report damaged and missing inventory to superior

Requirements;

Driving License

Minimum 2-3 years working experience

Able to work odds hours, weekends & public holidays

Able to do hands on work like loading/unloading & operating of forklift

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
