• Must understand and follow up with all MOM rules and requirements for employment

• Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required
• Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company
• Keep record of staff leave etc.
• Handle all office administrative work.
• Handle all office purchases, like stationeries, pantry needs, etc.
• Ensure office cleaner does her job.
• To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company assets,
• renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road tax and insurance.
