Job Description:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable, Account Receivables and General Ledger functions
• Cash management including cashflow planning and bank reconciliation
• Support month end closing activities
• Ensure all monthly processes and requirement are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare balance sheet schedule and balance sheet reconciliation
• Produce all regulatory reporting including GST and ensure accurate and timely submission
• Support and follow through process improvement initiative to improve efficiencies including implementation of new project
• Assist HOD to roll out new procedures and policies and ensure compliance are in place for internal and statutory requirements
• Support the internal/ external regulatory audit & tax requirements
• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Meticulous and possess good software skills such as MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set month end and annual closing for corporate entities
• Responsible for management fee billings and other intercompany recharges
• Managing vendor invoices and ensure payment is puncture
• Handle expense claims in travel module and corporate card stakeholders
• Work closely with tax agents on Tax Filing and annual account filing
• Liaise with manager in handling group statutory audit and relevant certifications
• Assist in annual budget and monthly forecast exercise

Requirement

• Min Degree in Accountancy, similar field or ACCA
