Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher education preferably in Business / Marketing / Relevant Field

1x Accounts Executive (GL)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Location: Somerset

Salary range : S$3,000 to $3,700

Accounts Executive (AP) Job scope:

• Processing of creditors invoices
• Account for and verifies all purchase orders, receive records (DO) and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure)
• Raising of payments
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts/investigation of variances
• Communicate with staff / creditors regarding outstanding invoices and payments
• Input AP invoices and payments in the SUN system
• Prepare reconciliation of accruals, prepayments, and other Balance Sheet item
• Prepare various monthly schedules and reports as and when requested
• Reconciliation of AP Aging with GL account as well as suppliers SOA, Input GST to Trial Balance on monthly basis
• Assist in other requirements and related matters that affects General Ledger and accounting of hotel fixed asset and inventory matters

Accounts Executive (GL) Job scope:

• Compiling and meticulously recording daily sales transactions and ensuring balance reconciliation
• Preparing and processing monthly journals for month-end closings
• Conducting General Ledger and Bank reconciliations
• Verifying and processing petty cash and expense claims while updating the SUN accounting system
• Maintaining fixed assets records and preparing depreciation and amortization schedules
• Plan and conduct yearly assets and inventory counts
• Managing capital expenditure requests (CER)
• Providing assistance to the Accountant in ensuring compliance with external audits, GST, and Corporate Income Tax
• Supporting the Accountant in various ad hoc when required

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions
• Provide advice to clients with regards to accounting, GST, tax, corporate secretarial, payroll matters
• Assist with IRAS filing such as:

1. GST filing including application and exemption
2. Withholding tax
3. Certificate of Residence
4. Corporate tax
5. Individual tax - IR8A and Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS)

• Prepare reports such as Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL
• Liaising with auditor for scheduling and assistance for audit report
• Engaged in Due Diligence and Compliance Audit
• Payroll preparation
• Ad-hoc matters
