The Student and Academic Services Officer (Student Connect) is to provide comprehensive academic and student support services to students and academic staff of the school

Job Duties:

1.Student Connect

• Ensure all queries coming through Student Connect from all stakeholders are managed and addressed in a timely manner, including phone calls, emails and walk-ins.
• Assist in developing and managing all Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Support the management of the Queue System at Student Connect.
• Support the Manager in ensuring that Student Connect meets operational needs and provides a high level of service for all stakeholders.

2.Student Management

What you will be working on?
