• Payment Processing:Ensure all payments are accurate, duly authorized (approved PO), and supported by evidence (i.e. invoices, delivery slips, receipts and Accounts Payable stamp).

• Standing Orders and Approvals:Maintain a list of standing orders for electronic disbursements, obtaining approval from cheque signatories with a copy attached to bank reconciliations.
