• Assist on full spectrum accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and etc
• Assist on the timely and accurate month-end and year-end close for the management accounts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Perform tax computation and GST reporting
• Any other ad-hoc accounting functions assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field. Candidate with working experience in Construction or Process Maintenance industry environment will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in AutoCount software is a plus
• An independent, meticulous individual with good interpersonal and analytical skills

• Able to start work immediately or short notice period

• 5 day work week, Monday to Friday, (8.00 am - 5.30 pm)
• Transport provided to and fro Jurong East

Job Summary:

• 2 years Freelance contract, 100% work from home
• Additional of 2 months of salary for every 12 months of service

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure integrity of GL and timely closing of accounts
• Preparation of recurring and ad-hoc journal entries for monthly closing
• Performing fixed asset depreciation and amortisation runs and schedules
• Reconciliation of fixed assets and conducting taggings/sightings where applicable
• Performing intercompany related transactions/entries
• Performing bank reconciliations and accounting for bank charges
• Computing and preparation of management fees and tax provisions
• Preparation and maintaining audit schedules
• Performing staff reimbursement transactions/entries
• Any other ad-hoc assignments
