2) Ideally you have some experience in startup fundraising.

3) Collaborative mindset that can excel in a non-structured team environment.

4) Must be willing to roll up your sleeve and do the grunt work, both in Finance Operations as well as Operations.

5) A Founder mindset - think like a business owner and own challenges and drive them to completion.

6) Risk taking mindset – nothing is safe in what we do, you must be prepared for many mental challenges with so many re-dos and start overs
