Requirements

• 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred
• Well versed with MS excel and word
• Detailed oriented and able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills

RESPONSIBLITIES

· Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently

· Handles day-to-day book-keeping and administrative tasks

· Prepares invoices and ensures that all projects are billed to clients

· Makes online payments for all expenses incurred

· Monitor incoming funds & follows up with clients for overdue amounts

· Monitor deadlines and ensures that payment is made in a timely manner

· Processes remuneration-related expenses (e.g. salaries, CPF)

. Handles GST, corporate tax matters, tax clearance and IR8A

· Manages company’s cashflow and prepares bank reconciliation

· To liaise with auditor & coordinate with audit process

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· At least A Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

· Accounting Software - Accpac Sage 300

. Payroll Software - Opensoft epayroll

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

This will be a 6 months internship from Jan to Jun 2025. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the internship full-time.

MAIN PURPOSE

Support the Key Accounts – Mecca and Sephora Business.

Assist in collecting, managing and analysis of large data sets – for business decisions and analysis of reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing Monthly Sales Reports, providing insights, trends and metrics

Assist in creating and running excel reports

Oversee data accuracy and refinement of dashboards

• RESPONSIBILITIES 3

Data analysis for business decisions and analysis of reports for key stakeholders

Support preparation of the data for managers to review monthly estimates to ensure timely and accurate reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyse data and derive key insights (e.g., business implications) that guide key business decisions
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
• Ability to bring onboard new perspectives and ways to carry out tasks and solve problems
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace and team environment
