Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Admin Assistant (2 Months Contract)
• Working Location: Senoko South
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6:10 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Up to $2,500 + OT
• Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support such as preparing quotations, PO and invoices.
• Communicate with customers and drivers related to order status, delivery and payment.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing/documentation.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

· Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
· Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
· Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.
· Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
· Good knowledge of retail business.
· Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
· Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
· At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
· Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
· Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
