  Determines how much food to order and maintains an appropriate supply at the restaurant
• Keeps up with trends in cooking and the restaurant business to ensure that guests have a positive experience Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
• Occasionally takes on extra duties, such as cleaning, when the kitchen is short-sta!ed or the restaurant is particularly busy
• Takes direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team

Location: Dhoby Ghaut

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
• Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
• Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
