Job Responsibilities:

• Making travel arrangements: Arrange of flights & hotels bookings, ground transports, detailed meeting itineraries, booking of meeting rooms and restaurants, as well as VISA applications due to frequent travel of the Chairman.
• Calendar management: Coordinate and scheduling of internal & external meetings to ensure effective use of Chairman’s time and availability.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
• Office & facilities management: maintain & up-keeping of the office cleanliness, equipment service & maintenance, office refurbishment, liaison with Serviced Office personnel, office building management, etc.
• Manage office stationery and pantry supplies
• Assist in IT coordination for new hires, leavers and some HR admin support as needed.
• Manage projects and events where required.
• Organise and maintain files and records
• Maintain confidence by being discreet and confidential with information
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting and delivering on other actions as required.

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration/management
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant/an Executive Assistant to a Senior Management.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin as need to correspond with the Chinese counterpart.
• Familiar with VISA application across the SEA Region.
• Strong capabilities across the whole suite of MS office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent scheduling and organisational skills
• Effective time management
• Detailed oriented person
• Highly proactive, can-do attitude, independent and resourceful

We are looking for 1 full time veterinary assistant to join our busy small animal practice in Jurong east.

The successful applicant will likely

- have experience as a veterinary assistant /nurse

- be passionate and conscientious in their work

- am a team player

- be able to multi task and be able to do receptionist duties

- training will be provided in running laboratory tests, blood taking, taking xrays.

Remuneration will commence with experience. 5 day work week inclusive of 1 weekend.
