Our client is a property management company, and they are looking for a Marketing Admin to assist their team. The company is located in the Downtown and is easily accessible.

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Raise purchase orders and requisitions
• Follow up with vendors for payments and invoices
• Coordinate invoice approvals with finance
• Reconcile e-vouchers and submit for payment
• Update tenants on payment status and assist with forms
• Track tenant participation forms
• Organize marketing materials in SharePoint
• Help the marketing team with projects
• Prepare rental agreements and work with finance on invoices

Requirements:

• Experience in admin work within a marketing department

• Supports the Aftersales Manager/ Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork
• Prepare documents for approval
• Monitor leave application for approval
• Monitor over time submission for approval
• Assists with all subcontractors PO / sublets
• Conducts follow up according to subcontractors’ last activity
• Ensures office supplies are sufficient and to order
• Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces
• Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
• Makes sure that all customer data are updated
• Ensures documents are submitted on time and error free
• General administration
• Liaise with call centre on customer requests
• Follow up on feedback and requests for Service Assistant and Advisors
