This includes booking of room, liaise with trainers for available schedule, set-up of room, arrange for IT/AV equipment, printing training materials, liaise with trainers for uploading of updated training materials, manage scheduling of participants for training, informing participants and provide support during training to trainers, etc.

• Preparing training statistics. This includes generation of data, inputting formulas to generate statistics, presenting statistics on graphs and powerpoint slides.

2. Handle IT-related administrative functions

• Manage user (new and transfer) in IT system access. Applies to Resignation / Internal Posting / External Posting / On Long Leave / On Secondment

• Update CRO, OMC and CRM licensed users list

• Monthly Invoice/Payment verification

• Assist in other miscellaneous duties

Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans
• Basic communication and administrative skills, experience with common computer software e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
• Written and spoken English a must.
• Experience in coordinating training and performing administrative duties are preferred

Scope of works:

1. Typing / printing
2. Data entry work
3. Reception duties
4. Answering telephone calls from teachers, parents and members of the public

6. Preparation of refreshements for school event
7. Sorting and delivery for items delivered to the school
8. Attend to students who are unwell / injuried in the sick bay.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist in monthly sales closing activities
