Job scope :

· Assist in packing, sorting, shifting of files/boxes for review and destruction.

· Document destruction – including shredding and documentation.

· Data-entry and record updating

· Digitisation and e-Filing of documents

· Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.

Job Description

Manning of General Office counter;

• Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
• Assist in general administrative and student related duties
• Follow up with absentees
• Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
• Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome
• Guide staff for incident report
• Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
• Updating of daily student attendance
• Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
• Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority

Job Requirement

• At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
• At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
