• Responsible for content management and oversees company's various social media profiles and respond to reviews/enquiries
• Lead in outreaching to different partners and digital platforms for branding and marketing opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
• Handle inquiries on programme from external parties
• Evaluate applications based on the programme criteria
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
• Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
• Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants’ database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates may apply)
• An extrovert and vibrant personality would be an value-add
• Posses strong planning and organizing skill
• A good team player and results-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily administrative works & data entry
• Maintains and updates filing system and records.
• Assist in answering phone calls and others ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounts or relevant certificates
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc
• Good attitude, communication & coordination skill
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
