Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,

Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role,

preferably in the fintech industry.

 Strong understanding of financial technology and its applications.

 Experience with agile development methodologies and production

management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven

approach to decision-making.

 Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to

influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to

manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Job Scope

1. Generating Monthly Financial Report
2. Compiling invoices and documents for reports
3. Make transactions using corporate bank account
4. Data entry
5. Payroll duties
6. Using ERP software
7. Communicating with HQ employees in Busan when required
8. Liasing with clients or contractors when required
9. Other ad-hoc duties instructed by Branch Manager

Requirements

• Korean Language Skills (literal and speaking)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• ITE Education or higher (Individuals who did not graduate are welcome to apply)
• Able to start work as soon as possible
• Singaporean/PR only

• Full-time position
• Korean working environment (Korean Language is used as primary language instead of English)
• Working hours : Monday to Thursday - 0800 to 1700, Friday - 0800 to 1630, Weekends - Closed

• Update and maintain client’s dental records
• Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
• Take and process X-rays of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Take billing and insurance details from patients
