Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR-related questions and admin, such as new-starter processes, self-service tools, and time and attendance reviews.
• Being first contact/support for employees regarding attendance and various HR questions and services, coordinating/escalating as appropriate
• Data entry in a variety of systems including Excel files, PeopleSoft, and other miscellaneous reports.
• Create reports on a regular basis as needed for leadership at your site.
• Plan, manage and implement engagement plans and initiatives designed to foster employee wellbeing and experience on site.
• Run audits and analyses to ensure compliance with company processes, data protection, local employment law and HR best practices.
• Monitor and report attendance, absences and leaves.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
• Knowledge of data analytics and/or its relevant systems is a plus
• Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices is an added advantage
