Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR-related questions and admin, such as new-starter processes, self-service tools, and time and attendance reviews.
- Being first contact/support for employees regarding attendance and various HR questions and services, coordinating/escalating as appropriate
- Data entry in a variety of systems including Excel files, PeopleSoft, and other miscellaneous reports.
- Create reports on a regular basis as needed for leadership at your site.
- Plan, manage and implement engagement plans and initiatives designed to foster employee wellbeing and experience on site.
- Run audits and analyses to ensure compliance with company processes, data protection, local employment law and HR best practices.
- Monitor and report attendance, absences and leaves.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Knowledge of data analytics and/or its relevant systems is a plus
- Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices is an added advantage
