Position Summary

The incumbent will provide support to the Manager, INFSVC, assisting with IT infrastructure services strategies and managing infrastructure-related issues that directly or indirectly impact business performance. This includes evaluating, conceptualizing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure systems. The role also involves achieving short-term operational targets within the INFSVC division, with a fair degree of autonomy to review and improve work processes. Key Responsibilities

System Administration

• Administer and maintain systems in a heterogeneous environment (production, DR, test) comprising Oracle and Wintel-based servers.

Responsibilities involve:

1. Client onboarding assistance

• Support client on-boarding requirements such as performing independence and conflict checks, client due diligence and acceptance checks, and creating engagement codes
• Accurately maintain and manage clients and opportunities list

1. Document preparation and management

• Assistance in formatting letters, presentation slides and/or deliverables
