Your Mission (Main Responsibilities)
Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling project meetings, taking minutes, and distributing agendas. Help maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence related to the system implementation.
Data Management
Support data entry efforts as part of migrating information from old systems to the new HR system.
Perform data checks or audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information within the new system.
User Training Assistance
Coordinate training sessions by organizing venues, materials, and equipment.
Help with creating user manuals or guides for reference post-training.
Communication Coordination
Help in drafting communications regarding changes due to the new system launch.
Distribute relevant updates or instructional materials throughout different departments.
Technical Liaison
Provide initial troubleshooting support for basic issues encountered by users.
Escalate complex issues to the HR or IT department where necessary.
Reporting Assistance
Generate simple reports as needed post-implementation for various HR functions.
Assist with analyzing report data when requested by management.
