Our client is a Single-Family Office dedicated to preserving and growing the family’s wealth for future generations through disciplined, risk-adjusted returns.
It is a private entity established by a local wealthy family to manage and oversee its financial affairs, investments, and often other aspects of family wealth, such as estate planning, tax strategy, and philanthropy.
It primarily focuses on managing assets across a range of investments, including Direct Investments, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Liquid Securities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for assigned entities
- Prepare annual Financial Statements and assist with audit schedules
- Coordinate with Bankers and Advisors to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions
- Liaise with outsourced providers on corporate secretarial matters
- Assist in tax computations for Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and final tax filing purposes
- Provide administrative support to the family office, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling personal tasks
- Support general operations, including HR, IT, Grants, and Corporate Communications (for example, manage Insurance and Road Tax matters for the family’s fleet of vehicles)
- Plan and execute programs and events in alignment with the SFO's mission; with direct access to communicating with stakeholders
- Engage with third-party vendors or potential partners to foster relationships, as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Additional Information
- Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 Basic

Requirements
- Singaporeans ONLY (candidates who require Work Visa need not apply)
- Well-spoken and articulate character
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable role (entry-level candidates with an Accounting qualification are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in the use of accounting software (ABSS experience is advantageous), Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant technology
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
