Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.

• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers

• Ensure company's KPI and goals are met

• Other ad-hoc duties apply

Description / Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree

• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)

• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• CEI certified would be an advantage

Duties of HR Executive:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final payroll.
• Ensure accurate HR documentation, including employee records and contracts.
• Handle work permits and monitor foreign worker quotas.
• Process monthly payroll, coordinating with external vendors.
• Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions and annual tax returns.
• Manage Team Member movements such as promotions and transfers.
• Maintain compliance with Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
• Support Manager in disciplinary processes.
• Manage vendor files and payments.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Relevant experience in Payroll

Job Description

• To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g. incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers).
• Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
• Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions.
• Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
• Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
• Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained.
• Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients.
• Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required.
• Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
• Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
• Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
• Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
