Primary Responsibilities: -

1) Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.

2) Showcase flooring options, provide product information, and offer expert advice to drive sales.

3) Preparation of quotations and proposals.

4) To be continuously updated with the latest flooring trends & product knowledge including competitors.

5) Be able to illustrate a product’s benefits in reference to customers’ requirements.

6) Be able to answer customer’s queries accurately regarding the products.

7) Communicate effectively with installation teams to convey project requirements and timelines.

8)Arrange delivery and installation schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations.

9) To make follow up calls to customers after completion of projects.

Secondary responsibilities: -

1) Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote flooring products and services.

2) Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.

3) Handle administrative responsibilities such as maintaining records, and managing project documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management

• Identify and develop potential business areas and maintain professional relationship with existing and potential customers. This shall include provision of technical advice on customers' insurance need.
• Review, accept and underwrite business within Risk Acceptance Authority and guidelines including claim matters, recommendations on wordings and liaison with MSIJ, RHC, overseas BUs and reinsurers.

Others

• To participate at company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/ business.
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
• To review and improve the Department's operation/ business.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

• Tertiary education
• Relevant qualifications n general insurance (minimum CGI & HI)

• Minimum 3 years experience in general insurance industry

• Providing administrative and clerical activities for the centre. ​
• Execute the organizational workplace safety and emergency response exercises and procedures. ​
• Adhere to the organization’s financial management and procurement processes. ​
• Maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors and contractors. ​

Requirements: ​

• ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma holder ​
• At least 2 years of related administrative experience ​
• Service-oriented ​
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities ​
• Pleasant disposition and able to work with others ​
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Office 365) and IT systems ​
• Possesses problem solving skills ​
• Independent in managing and executing work tasks ​
