Job Description:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure the timely filing of GST and other reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and timely submission of monthly CPF filings.
• Oversee the maintenance of office premises, including managing agreements, leasing, and usage.
• Liaise with vendors, such as bankers, auditors, government agencies, and insurers, regarding finance, human resources, and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with contractors for repair and maintenance work.
• Provide support in contacting IT vendors as needed.
• Administer building and office access for users.
• Support HR functions, including payroll processing.
• Manage administrative matters related to company-owned properties.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• CPA certification is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of MOM laws and regulations.
• Significant experience in accounting is required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment.
• Good spoken command of English and Mandarin for communication with Chinese stakeholders.

Job Description

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure software applications and services are running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and duty rosters for teams to ensure personnel back up for maintenance of services, some of which are 24x7.

Role Requirements

Client Relationship

• The Client Service Manager (CSM) acts as the prime point of contact in managing the largest Global client relationships in GBS and has the proven ability to manage small and medium clients globally. Financial Management
