Dear Applicant, hiring 1 Home Tutor Assistant 学习助理 for a Chinese family.

Job Scope:

1. Tutor employer's children on subjects according to the school‘s requirements. (Currently in year 3 international school)

2. Attend all Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) session allocated by school's appointment.

3. Attend school events according to school's requirement.

4. Assist to care for; and accompany Employer's children out of school hours.

5. Travel overseas when required by Employer; working hours will be based on 'Full day'.

6. Working hours will be 'Full Day' on school holidays and public holidays.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 4pm - 9pm

Saturday: 9am - 7pm

Sunday: Rest Day

Requirement:

- At least 2 years and above teaching experience

- Diploma / Degree in psychology / early childhood / relevant to teaching

- prefer lady as our kids are girls

- prefer chinese speaking

- comfortable to travel overseas

- age 25 and above

- comfortable in kids environment

- able to start immediately or short notice

Location: Senoko, Woodlands

Salary: $2,500 - $2800

Working days: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 6pm

Job responsibilities

• Main Function - Accounts receivable, including Credit Control, process documents received from customers, monthly accrual Journals, manage a small set of Malaysia’s accounts
• Process and prepare accounting source documents such as cheque payment, payment vouchers, manage stationeries etc
• Filing and custody of accounting documents assigned
• To follow up with Customers on payment issues
• To support in preparation of weekly, monthly accounting reports needed for audit or management reporting
• Ad hoc analysis, project work and duties assigned

Job Requirements

• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Words, Outlook)
• Candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Navision Accounting system will have competitive advantage
