You will provide mentorship and supervision to the compliance team to formulate, implement and maintain group compliance policies and procedures (including but not limited to whistleblowing, outsourcing, gifts register, employee share trading register, AML/CFT, data protection, client onboarding, KYC, business continuity etc.) in accordance with Singapore and Foreign regulations where applicable. You will ensure that policies are effectively communicated and understood throughout the organization by the compliance team. You will monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's policies and procedures are up-to-date. You will also be providing guidance to the compliance team to design and deliver compliance training programs. Requirements

You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, from a reputable university in a Common Law based jurisdiction and comes with strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters. You have about 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience in law firm and/or in-house/investment firm etc.
