As our Assistant Community Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of retention strategies to drive residents’ loyalty and retention. You play a vital role in the growth and success of our residents, and act as a crucial link between the community and Core Collective. What You’ll Be Doing:

Resident Satisfaction & Retention

• Continuously evaluate and refine new and existing residents’ life cycles to achieve resident lifetime value and reduce churn rate
• Constantly monitoring and analyzing the NPS to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with relevant departments by providing effective feedback and implementation to optimise resident experience

Resident Growth

• Develop upsell strategies for Core Collective products at multiple outlets
• Initiate and organise community initiatives to increase customer loyalty and foster a collaborative community

Team Management & Administration

• Responsible for hiring and training the community team
• Regular check-ins with the community team to ensure their performance is on track and achieve set KPIs
• Creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Standard Operating Processes (SOP) to achieve the Success Metrics

Who You Are:

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management roles.
• Have been in a supervisory or managerial role with experience leading a team for at least 3+ years.

The job description of the administrative assistant are as follows:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
• Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
• Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
• Operates and maintains clinic and office equipment, including digital scanner, imaging machines, compressors, autoclaves, dental units, airconditioners, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure clinic and office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
• Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
• Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
• Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
• Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
• Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.

Accounts & Business Operations Assistant

This is a hybrid role, with the candidate needing to provide support to the rest of the team in the areas of Accounts, Human Resource and Business Administration.

Main Responsibilities:

Accounts Support duties:

• Assist with certain accounting and finance duties, including entry of accounts transactions, handle receivables and payables, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
• Prepare certain monthly financial and other company reports for management.
• Provide support with regards to internal and external queries on company financial matters.

Human Resource duties:

• Handle basic HR functions (e.g: Monthly payroll, CPF contributions, work pass applications, applicable employee leave, ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations, etc.
• Documentating company's SOPs for HR matters

Operational & Administrative duties:

• Handle order processing, invoicing and quotations, as well as manage goods inventory using the company’s SAP system.
• Assist customers professionally with their enquiries via emails and phone calls.
• Co-ordinate import/export shipments with overseas customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and also the company’s warehouse team.
• Review and identify gaps in the company’s current business operations and provide suitable recommendations on enhancements. This will include the planning, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring optimal use of all company resources to maintain/reduce overall operational costs through different initiatives.
• Perform data analysis and generate relevant tracking reports
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Accounting/Business Management/Human Resource Management from a reputable institute.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore handling Human Resource and operational issues, with strong knowledge of both areas
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Have strong sense of own initiative, highly independent and resourceful
• Meticulous with great attention to details and monitoring skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose feasible solutions to management
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and also deal with customers/suppliers whenever necessary
