Our Client is in the Industrial Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Procurement Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze spending data to support sourcing strategies and annual procurement planning/development.
• Research supply markets, vendors, and products to inform procurement decisions.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize procurement processes.
• Implement group procurement strategies and policies in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct tender exercises in compliance with policies and make recommendations to the Tender Committee.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor procurement spending and industry trends to inform purchasing decisions.
• Oversee strategic supplier performance and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Assess and audit suppliers for compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate responsible sourcing practices.
• Evaluate and improve procurement systems to address inefficiencies and enhance usability.
• Lead or participate in projects to implement new tools and streamline procurement operations.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Supply Chain / Business Management or other related field of studies.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills

RAW Moves is looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant Manager (Full-time) to join our team.

As a Marketing & Administrative Assistant Manager, your role will include:

• Day to day running of the Office, including registration, recruitment and operations for Studio classes
• Organise and execute all administrative meetings with the Artistic Director
• Prepare and upkeep grant reports, annual budget information and maintain procedures manuals
• Manage clerical bookkeeping & financial administrative matters with the accounting personnel, keeping to required timelines.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring for part-time staff and freelancers and handle staff related administrative matters
• Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes through effective coordination with the Artistic team, freelancers and partners.
• Manage ticketing and Front of House administrative matters for Productions
• Promote company’s mission, performance platforms, classes and programmes
• Maintain and grow network and partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions and special interest groups and parents.
• Maintain company’s social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram and set up EDM campaigns for updates on outreach events and admin matters as required.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have good knowledge of arts administration, outreach event planning and management,
• Has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a performing arts, charity, or non-profit organisation
• Has a Diploma/Degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field in the arts preferred
• Have initiative and can work independently as part of a small, lean team
• Good interpersonal skills and love to engage with people of all ages
• Detailed and have good communication and writing skills
• Digital proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, social media software
• Passion for the Arts and a Dance background would be a plus
• Must be Singaporean or PRs
• Able to work a minimum 22 working hours per week, up to full time commitment
• Must be able to start immediately or at short notice
• Availability to work on Saturdays (Full-Time applicants)
• Part-Time position is also available
